What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ varies by product type, film gauge, and color. Standard natural and black films in common gauges typically have lower MOQs. Custom colors and special specifications require a minimum run for production efficiency. Please submit an enquiry with your exact requirement for a specific MOQ and pricing.
Do you supply custom micron thicknesses?+
Yes. Our blown film lines can produce films in any gauge from 50 to 200 microns. Specify your exact micron requirement in the enquiry form and we will confirm feasibility and lead time. Common gauges (80, 100, 120, 150 microns) are regularly produced.
Can you produce films in our brand color?+
Yes. We have in-house color compounding capability. Provide your color specification as a Pantone number, RAL code, or physical sample and we will produce a color-matched masterbatch for your production run. A pre-production color approval sample is provided before the full batch is produced.
What is the difference between LDPE and LLDPE films?+
LDPE (Low Density PE) offers excellent clarity, flexibility, and softness — ideal for general wrapping, LD rolls, and light packaging. LLDPE (Linear Low Density PE) has higher tensile strength, puncture resistance, and elongation — preferred for demanding applications like industrial bags, heavy-duty sheets, and shrink films. Our team can help you select the right grade for your application.
What is corona treatment on LD rolls?+
Corona treatment is a surface activation process using high-frequency electrical discharge. It raises the surface energy of the film from ~31 mN/m to 38–42+ mN/m, making inks, coatings, and adhesives bond reliably. This is essential for flexographic and gravure printing on PE films. Without treatment, inks would dewet and not adhere properly.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we dispatch our products via road freight across India. Freight arrangements can be on-account or door delivery depending on the order size and location. We can also assist with transporter coordination for outstation deliveries. Contact us for freight terms applicable to your location.
Are you MSME registered? Can you supply to government procurement?+
Yes. Ecorel Flexipack is registered under MSME India and carries the Make in India certification. This makes us eligible for Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other institutional procurement programs that specify MSME preference. We can provide our MSME certificate and other required documentation for procurement compliance.
How quickly can you respond to a quote request?+
We aim to respond to all enquiries within the same business day. For standard product queries, pricing can often be provided quickly. For custom specifications (special gauge, custom color, non-standard dimensions), we may require 1–2 business days to check production feasibility and prepare an accurate quotation.
